This is a combination Airspeed and Mach Number indicator with Maximum Allowable Speed indicator, US Air Force Type C19522-46-008, made by Kollsman. It was used in versions of the US Air Force's F-104 Starfighter and T-38 Talon Trainer, and probably early F-16 aircraft.

The range of the indicator is from 600-800 knots and 0.5-2.2 mach. A white airspeed index marker can be set by rotating the small knob at the lower right corner. On the back is an adjustment screw for setting the maximum allowable speed marker.. This instrument is a part of the F-16 instrument panel
