This is a sea king engine door / service platform. it is used to shield the engine, but also as a platform for the flight engineer to be able to inspect the engine after flight. This part was original of a British helicopter, but was completely stripped and had missing rivets when it arrived. The correct rivets were placed back to finish the part. After this it was painted in the colors of a Belgian sea king mk48. The various markings were also applied.
